HOW DO YOU DO THAT?

Over the years of delivering light messages and giving explanations of the process, I continue to be queried on how I do what I do. I understand wanting to know this. I practice yoga and there are still postures I don’t get, such as crow!

How do you do that?

Before I initiate a light message, I focus, I give thanks, I seek direction, e.g., “I chose joy”, “I choose peace” or “I choose wisdom”, as well as encouraging words, e.g., Psalm 23rd or perhaps a quote from Shakespeare: “There is no darkness but ignorance.”

When clients are seeking a light message [messages from their own personal guides, nonphysical teachers and angels, I am seeing their energy via their Light or Soul Energy. And, yes, people’s lights shine differently; however, that doesn’t mean one person is less or not “as good as” another. It simply means that is where they are in their spiritual evolution. For example, a baby may be an old soul, with many lifetimes experienced, whose light beams brightly. Or another baby may just be beginning his/her many-lives journey; his/her would appear “young” and not as strong.

Note: A client has control of what I can see. I cannot see your light messages if you don’t show me your light and your spiritual guides. It’s not an intellectual decision, but one that comes from the inner self. One client, whom I’ll call Jess, came to me for a session, but when I began the session, all I could see were closed shutters all around her. When I told her this, she became quite irritated. In fact, she came to the session simmering with irritation about her life. She expected me to be a conduit giving her answers, but she didn’t give me admittance to her spiritual self. Over time, she realized it was vital that she come to the session with an open heart in order for me to connect with her. Eventually, that openness became a familiar action for her. An apt analogy would be the plumber arrives at your house to do his job for you, but you won’t let him in!

Once I’ve observed a client’s light, his/her spiritual guides and teachers appear. At times, messages are delivered then; at other times, these teachers and guides “step forward” to answer a client’s questions.

Besides seeing, I also receive light messages through the spoken word, though it’s not a familiar frequency heard in speaking that I hear, words typed on my “screen” and intuitive feelings.

Light Message

A light message can come in many adaptations and forms. It is the client, or light message recipient, who sets the stage for the reading.
