Beyond our five senses, lies the core of our being: our spirit or Light self. From here, and from the spiritual realm (your guides, nonphysical teachers and angels), light messages emanate. As a spiritual conduit, it is those messages I perceive and offer to you during a session. The following is a light message from my guides regarding anger that is targeted toward you.
Anger – a hot topic indeed! One of the best images I have of anger is from teaching advanced high school English/literature classes Shakespeare’s Macbeth. As you may recall, the play features the oft-quoted lines “double, double, toil and trouble, fire burn and cauldron bubble.” That’s an apt description of a person consumed by anger.
When confronting an angry person, know that you cannot change someone in the way that they are. That’s not your job. Your job is to take care of you in a loving manner sans guilt.
How do you do that?
Avoid putting yourself around that fiery cauldron of anger. Translated: stay
away from negative energy and insults from others by saying not to them,
BUT TO YOURSELF, “I refuse to accept your hostility, your anger, your
selfishness, your meanness.” Though seemingly simple, your words and thoughts
are paramount in shaping your intentions and actions.
Protect yourself by visualizing a coat of armor around you, or see your arms crossed
defensively to block out destructive anger that’s being thrown at you. Visualization is a powerful tool; athletes employ this method successfully over and over again.
(3.) Listen to your intuition or Higher Self. We all have that ability; it’s a part
of who you are. It’s using it that’s the key. If you have “a gut feeling”
about something or someone, trust it. That’s your spiritual sonar at work. You are,
after all, a light being.
