You and I came to Earth to grow in spirit and expand our Light or soul. A matrix of your emotions, your heart, or your higher self, your intuition, and your mind, play their roles in making this expansion happen. Your Light recognizes this matrix that you and your spirit guides programmed for you before you entered the physical to begin your journey.

This journey often includes dealing with The Two J’s: jealousy and judgement; both are big-time blockers of your Light.

Jealousy: Jealousy is nothing more than a signal that your heart and your love for yourself are struggling to survive. Whether from a past life or your current one, you feel a lack of affection for yourself. Instead of trying to suffocate the jealousy, look at why you’re feeling it and treat it as an imbalance that must be confronted for what it is and then comfort it.

Judgement: Jealousy’s partner is judgement. My guides on the Other Side adamantly communicate to me that judgement is not of the spiritual realm; it is not only destructive energy, but no one has all the knowledge about another’s journey or matrix. That includes yourself; at one time I was constantly judging myself – I didn’t do this right or I’m not smart enough to do that – without realizing that by judging myself and others, I was only dimming my Light and setting myself up for more self-judgement as I feared others judgement.

Judgement also puts into force the universal scientific law of cause and effect: what you put out there comes back to you. [Clapping] See, I paid attention in 3rd grade science class!
